Sripathi Paper And Boards Private Limited has developed its specific Success Formula program especially for young professionals. Anyone who graduated from a higher educational institution within the last two years is eligible to join the program. English skills are compulsory (intermediate level or higher).
The program takes one year to complete and involves work experience across a number of departments of the Mills; the company’s manufacturing units in Sivakasi & Sathyamangalam, Tamilnadu, India. Thus, program participants gain a unique experience that allows them to develop to their full potential and gives the opportunity to work in various areas of the company. Based on their performance, as well as the outcome of the program, young professionals are offered promotions to permanent positions within the company.
